Phase 2 - Mountain Shores Acreage Estates is now complete. All the utilities (sewer and water) were installed and completed in 2008. The subdivision road was paved in the fall of 2008. Wrapup services which included grooming of the lot roads; ditches and culverts were recently finished which concludes the project. Individual lot signs are also in place which provides potential lot owners viewing the property an excellent picture of where each lot is situated and the potential each one offers.
